ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS —  Garnet red in color, it is intense on the nose, with hints of wild berries  and black cherry. With great structure, it has soft tannins and  good persistence.

VINIFICATION AND REFINING — Harvest carried out entirely by hand in crates with subsequent soft destemming. Fermentation in steel lasts approximately 15-20 days at a controlled temperature. Refinement in barriques lasts approximately 6 months. Once this period is over, the final assembly and bottling are carried out with a further period of refinement in the bottle of at least 3 months. 

LONGEVITY — 8-10 years.

SERVING TEMPERATURE — 16°-18°C.
