Our gluten free, all pupose flour is made from corn starch, rice, and potato flours. Imported directly from Italy, it is easier to digest than normal flour, and is suitable for a gluten free diet, or for people who are allergic to gluten or who are gluten intolerant. This flour is a healthier alternative, and bakes beautifully. Simple use it as a subsititute for normal flour in a ratio of 1:1.
