Fettuce Pasta comprises long ribbons that are well suited to carrying a rich sauce. Similar to fettuccine, this pasta is much thinner and finer. Liguori Fettuce is made using semolina wheat, which give it a unique firmness after cooking. This pasta is also slow dried, the traditional Italian way.

In the sartorial jargon, fettuccia, the ribbon, is used to indicate a “piece of fabric”. That’s where the name of this type of pasta comes from. Like a piece of fabric, it beautifully wraps in those more intense flavours.

Fettuccine lovers can enjoy this pasta with meat or vegetable ragù, it’s also excellent with mushrooms and sausage. Also pairs well with simple cream sauces like Alfredo or delicate proteins like seafood.
